It is the Canadian federal government that has the moratorium on offshore O and G drilling, not the Provincial govt.

Did you learn anything when you went to SFU? The USA buys oil from us not the other way around. We have Alberta, you don't!
We do not NEED anything your country has to offer. We have power, water and resources. We can survive on oranges from Chile. Sorry I fail to se what you feel you have down there that we desperately need that we can't get elsewhere.
