Thanks for admiting reality into Maurice's World. *** Re: Once a photovoltaic source is installed, it has zero operating cost, That would be news to commercial photovoltaic operators who do pay for an operating staff to maintain the plant and especially to continuously remove dust from the solar collectors. Dust which can severely degrade efficiencies if not attended to. As Milton Friedman said, there is no free lunch. Though brunch might be complimentary.
