All I said is they have not convinced me they are anything but a high quality, but over valued company.

You've also admitted that you are an engineer and not an accountant or financial analyst. From what I can tell, you know almost close to nothing about Finance and Accounting and, as such, you really don't want to learn.

As Phillip Fisher has said before about others:

"I've already made up my mind, don't confuse me with the facts"
