I haven't looked at the FAQ in awhile, so it's undoubtedly due for some update. I'll make a note to do that in the next day or two.

You're right. It's just plain good business practice to make it as easy as possible to give us money. :)

I'll see what I can do once I've got the Premium-Plus featureset segregated from Premium features.
