"I personally think that the decline in the US dollar will have a dominoe effect and no amount of currency intervention can save the US$."

Please define what valuation you would consider to be unsaved? Then project what the impact of that would be on the US and the rest of the world. Son - you are not thinking. You are ignoring the history of market discipline. Despite the problems - there is no economy in the world that matches that here. It is dynamic and innovative. To simply predict catastrophe is political and not economic. Sadly - there is a group think of misinformation that people are buying without critical thought.

Say the Euro reaches $1.50 - it would be an economic disaster for Europe.

Oh well - I give up. One can think with political motiviation or with economic thoughtfulness!
