My Parents got a stainless steel tree in the 50's when I was in high school. I think my daughter still has it, but she prefers traditional needle droppers that rugrats can tip over.

My Xmas spirit gave up the ghost a long time ago; tree, schnee, excuse me, I have to pee, get me a bee...r.

<<Kind of expensive, but the fresh were getting more and more expensive every year.>>

My neighbor planted 3,000 pines in her yard and gave a few away each year to friends to thin them until they got too big.

I finished the tree. As exhausted as I am, I am so grateful for the lights being done for me. I can't believe how much Christmas stuff I have.
