<You think selling USD denominated shares and repatriating to home currency will have no spinoff effect to local Exchanges?>

As I said I expect all other currencies to skyrocket... why screw up the play by going another derivative and trying to figure out what those folks will do with their money? Of course I"m talking MY investments, I don't give a rats ass what their share markets do to be honest unless they have some good commodity stocks that are already on the radar cause their good companies.

<If a foreign investor sells USD equity positions they will seek to replace those with equity positions in other currencies. >

That may or may not be the case for a miriad of reasons... as a simple example, let's say a certain Saudi prince wants to lessen his US dollar and equity exposure, I doubt he's going to worry about putting his money in equities back home, he's just going to freakin hold more dinar's or Euro's. If folks bail from dollars the first thing they buy is MONEY in another form. I don't think they are going to worry right away about which equity market they ultimately end up in. JMO
