This guy is still around..I just happened to type his name in and sure enough this is the first thing that popped up. I thought someone sued him and won a settlement against him. I havent kept up with his antics, back in the RB days I got burned a bit. I have moved on, but its kinda sad he is still around. He was all talk and no action. Stoner guy, do you mean holmes? I dont know what his deal was, but he could talk. Interesting guy, dont know how he got into the mess of things. Wonder what can be done to get him into more trouble. The SEC and FBI are way too busy with their own things to do any research. I know, I have dealt with them on a different matter. However if we join together and research this guy and give the facts to the SEC & FBI they wouldnt have a reason not to go after him. Garrett is not only a con man but a big fraud, and he apparently has underground links (from what i had heard years ago). Not sure how best to co-ordinate this. I will check this area periodically if anyone has ideas let em flow.
