I have been to "charismatic" prayer meetings where individuals claim to get messages from the Holy Spirit..........I can't imagine anyone being so self centered that they would attack a country based on their thoughts during a prayer session.

Satan also speaks in tongue so he could be sending the messages ( if you want to be strict about the Biblical references).

I have been warned by people with special "gifts" that have been authenticated and verified. The warning is that the "message" can come from a number of spiritual sources and can also be misinterpreted as one's own thought.

I walked out of a prayer meeting when one woman said she was getting a message from GOd that was, " Believe in Bush because he believes in me."

I stood up and told the group about the "messages" that I was getting and they weren't identical to the spokeswoman!! LOL
It was totally her own thought that was misconstrued as something sent from the Holy Spirit.
