Unfortunately, I posted that item without the requisite due diligence. When I went to the Ohio Secretary of State's Unofficial Vote Totals pages, I discovered that the anomaly that Rosenfeld had found had disappeared.

This may have been similar to the goofy way that Cuyahoga County accounted for absentee ballots, or it may well have another explanation. Without clarification, it seemed like it was best to remove an unsubstantiated claim of fraud.

The Oklahoma information seems quite crazy. I'm going to have to see what can explain the anomalies there.
