It's all in the BTRN thread. IMO, the company (MEDI) misrepresented a dose-exploration study in humans, forcing the reported interpretation to fit preconception (an alternative is that they were lying through cheating teeth, imo). The particular CD2 epitope in question is only expressed by gorillas and humans, so the issue will never be settled short of initiating additional human trials, and that isn't going to happen.
