The other is to conclude since such war would not be in anyone's interest (and we may in fact lose it) then it is best to move towards establishing international rule of law as quickly as possible...Dunlap himself made no such political statements, but he pointed out that engaging in war crimes would be a futile attempt by US. "establishing" ??? could first make credible that Geneva convention are followed ... <ng> Also ... maybe GWB don't mind if it's lost eventually, provide it's not under it's second term.
