Tell me the weather over the next four weeks across the NE, Europe and Asia and I can better guess what oil prices will do. If you are holding crude and #2 oil and you have a buyer in Euro's or a buyer in USD, what price would it take to pay the extra transport costs and bring it to NY. The OPEC price basket adjusted for the dollar decline is well off the WTI price adjusted for the dollar decline. Priced in Euro's and Yen oil does not look so expensive.
