Eve's pudding sounds really good, Ionesco. I guess it is the apples the name came from. I thought of you and your love of Scottish desserts yesterday--I took a walk in the rain at lunch and ended up in the Irish store, where they had a bright, colorful, brand new cookbook totally comprised of Scottish desserts, actually. It would be nice if Santa saw me looking at it and read my mind about it ending up under your holiday tree.
