Apples and oranges...Dunlap described a scenario of war with another state. Faloujah was an insurgency. 60 Minutes had a program last year about how a Marine general (I've forgotten the name) badly kicked US ass in a war game that most closely resembled US attack on Iran. Pentagon asked cried out foul and asked him not to use certain tactics. They replayed the maneuver and again he kicked ass using a network of mosques for covert communication and schools as military bases. Again they told him he can't use those resources and should stick to the script. In protest he resigned.
