Responsibility is important- and parties run on their records, or ought to. What politicians have done, as politicians, is important. What parties have sponsored, is important. You were enough in to the laud game to post a very strange post about Mr. Bush. Understand that the other side of that coin is responsibility.

It's not a blame game or any kind of game to acknowledge choices made. And a choice was made in CA to turn people out of state run institutions. That is simply fact.
