Our Noble Fir is up, needles are cleaned up, and boxes are down...waiting to be gone through and some of the lights and ornaments to go on the tree. I have "directions" from the one son to get rid of everything I don't use this year on the tree...or house. I know he's right, but man what a job that will be...if I can ever light long enough to do it.

Edit: Liked your hot tub idea better!!!! <smiles>
