My point in highlighting what Nicky is doing is to underscore how "easy" it is to hit such a target.

If the average day's range is 100 points, and his target is barely 2 days average range away (and futures pre-open brought that gap to within 75 points - so potentially 1 day away) - all Nicky is doing is guessing that the market will head up for at least one day this week.

Nick likes to pretend that he can ascertain what the goals of the various program trading outfits may be, yet he's not shown himself to have access to anything but web charts. Since he links his analysis to this "special knowledge" of program trading, but has no ability to actually analyse what program trading firms are doing trade by trade, its only logical to discount the balance of what he says.
