Who is making excuses?

The US? The US has frequently conducted its trade policy by putting the other side behind the end of a muzzle. I don't expect much deviation from this policy going forward. Iraq is a classic case in point, playing out before your very eyes.

So now you make excuses and appologies for terrorists? The fact that Iran turns a blind eye to such activities only shows they condone and encourage such behavior.

Blind eye??? Say what?

Iran encourages, finances, plans, harbors, and actively promotes terrorism. It is a unspoken, unacknowledged cornerstone of its foreign policy.
