Which momentum measure do you use? Last week had more ooomph to it than I expected, and today's early sell off has mostly recovered, so I'm impressed by the strength that I've seen. You won't do well to buy at any price, that's for sure, but I think you'll have to be more careful on the short side than going long. If the January effect goes overboard then we'll have some excellent short opps. But if it muddles on through, then I'd rather be long than in cash or short.
