Found the last 3 news out from them here they are bizjournals.com November 10, 2003 BodyScan Imaging to open in San Antonio Irvine-based BodyScan Imaging announced it will open a diagnostic center in San Antonio. BodyScan Imaging of San Antonio will open Jan. 5 and will use Computer Tomography (CT) Scanners to help doctors diagnose and evaluate the presence of a host of diseases. This service aids in the early detection of disease, primarily for men over the age of 31 and women over the age of 40. The center will also offer additional individualized preventative health services, such as virtual colonoscopy physical examinations with lab work, vision tests, hearing tests, body fat analysis, glaucoma and stress tests. BodyScan Imaging operates five centers throughout the United States February 4, 2004 BodyScan opens center in San Antonio Irvine-based BodyScan Corp., a leader in medical technology and preventative health services, will open its new imaging center in San Antonio next week. BodyScan of San Antonio will provide diagnostic services to evaluate the presence of coronary artery disease and lung disease in patients. The center will perform these services through Computer Tomography Scanners, which can be used to perform lung scans, full body scans, heart scans and virtual colonoscopys. The company currently has two more centers under construction throughout the country, and management's long-term plans involve making its proprietary scanning technology available in a number of major metropolitan markets. The management of BodyScan Imaging recently acquired a controlling interest in Medical Career Collages Inc., a publicly held company, and changed its name to BodyScan Corp. February 10, 2004 BodyScan acquires Lifeline Imaging Irvine-based BodyScan Corp., a medical technology and preventative health services company, said Tuesday it acquired Lifeline Imaging, a diagnostic center located in Laguna Hills for an undisclosed sum. Lifeline's center, located near Saddleback Community Hospital and several other outpatient medical facilities, is equipped to provide computed tomography imaging, which can obtain critical cardiac data in less than 15 minutes. The scanners can also be used to perform lung scans and full body scans. BodyScan has imaging centers throughout the United States and has two centers currently under construction. ----------------------------------------------------------- Looking at the chart and volumes the news on 2/4 sent it flying when volume heated right up but then the lack of news afterwards sent it down down down as volume dried up.
