Which presumptions? That Iraq was not involved in 9/11? Confirmed by the CIA and 9/11 commission. That Iraq was attacked by the United States? Confirmed by daily reality. That the United States and "coalition of the willing, coerced and otherwise indebted" have killed more Iraqi civilians than all foreign sponsored terrorist attacks on US citizens since 1776 put together? Confirmed. That no (legitimate) reason for attacking Iraq has been justified post-attack? Well, for anyone with their head attached to their shoulders, the last point is self-evident.
