Well maybe ordering things online is going to extremes when it's food. I am just aggravated with the food industry in general. There is no reason to put a whole days worth of sodium intake in one can of soup. And I know I can cook my own "the hard way". And that's an aggravation too having to put more time into it. But the outcome is better because home made soup is always a thousand times better than cambells. But that's why we buy canned, to save the time. Then they try to kill us for our patronage with the sodium. I am mostly wanting low sodium things that are easily available in large cities.

I could look more into the things you mention. I just need to ask. There's a good health food store in town and I'm sure they know where everything is. I just have to take the time to ask. The thing about store bought eggs is that they are old. There's a big difference between a fresh egg and a store bought egg. I used to get milk straight from the cow and fresh eggs 25 years ago! geez.

I'd like links though if you have some.
