Well tyke, as a fellow old timer you'll understand that at times it is pointless to talk horse sense. <g>

Does your labeling the article "written by a liberal" tyke I was returning your serve :o) but I think your choice of terms was more correctly an 'almost' ad hominem ..... engagement ;o)

"The US credibility is that it has the military might". But that has been the theme in the world and alas has always been the theme ... and what else has been holding up the USD ? Productivity ? I doubt it. We bot know that Columbus didn't discover the new world... not even the Vikings did... so how is it we are here ?

I use the term in exhortation of my fellow Canadians to read Michael Adam's book Fire and Ice because well he is Liberal leaning and many of the promotional blurbs make that evident... However... the data are still valid and it would be foolish for a Conservative to dismiss them based on stereotypical assumptions... All is not always as it seems mate.

K
