There you go saying support the military right or wrong. To me that’s anti American.

The FIRST (numero-uno) amendment lays it out. FREE PRESS. Yes, in times of war - and I should think especially in times of war.

Take the press out of the equation and you would end up eventually with a circa WW II Japanese style military.

A military needs checks because their job involves extreme destruction and killing. Its essential that they get it right and fly straight because if they get it wrong and screw up then that makes US no better than the worst war mongering nation - yes like Nazi Germany.
