1. That doesn't qualify for "impovrishment". In fact all that money being spent is going into the pockets of Americans who are patriotically providing products and services to support the war effort. 2. Last I checked, the Federal Govt, which is what Bush is the President and CEO of, hasn't outsourced a single job overseas. If you have a problem with companies outsourcing jobs, look to companies like Heinz Ketchup and blame their leadership.
