These are not rate hikes...
Rising rates won't hurt anything. We are just adjusting them up to where they should have been all along.

So the theory is - rates will only rise as long as no one gets hurt? LOL

No the theory is that economic activity will crash (along with bond yields) when housing crashes.

Rates may keep rising if people keep buying.
