Think that passes?

I Think if the stock market and housing goes into a spiral before it comes up, that never sees the light of day.

The question is how fast can they ram something thru?
Then again, they do not even have a plan yet.

Another factor is the charitable gift deduction, the tax exempt industry by itself would derail the elimination of it. And that deduction creates a lot of complexity (private foundations, charitable gift annuities, ad infinitum).
