<Nothing to give it the slightest credibility.> It is a scientific study using methodology similar to that used in national polls in the United States -- there is an error factor as in any sampling, but it is THE most authoritative study of the issue of civilian deaths in Iraq. You don't like the result -- it is indeed a deeply troubling finding. But as for methodology, it comes closest to the kind of research on this issue that brings us closer to the truth about the immense scale of human suffering inflicted on Iraq since our invasion.
