Paul Croy lived in Hope, Idaho. He was an English teacher. The book he published in 1947 is a very beautifully bound book with sepia photos and drawings. I actually have two copies, both signed. He wrote another book called "Pioneer Pencil Dust." I think it was self-published, but it's a fine book.

I learned about Paul Croy and poetry from my friend's father, Bud Moore, who taught us both to trap and hunt. He is still an active hunter. He wrote his own book, if you care to check. Not surprisingly, it is about ethics:
