I read all the articles that were out on this yesterday. The justice's were asking a lot of political type questions, not questions that would answer the constitionality, as in commerce clause limitations. I do not like politicians pretending to be judges. If people don't like medical marijuana in their states, then use your state's police forces to enforce the laws rather than relying on the Feds, because that doesn't come out of State coffers.
