Next to no... I said it several times.

(You need to get your head around the basic concept that all they did was sell IRAQI OIL, and then mishandle the money that was supposed to all go to the Iraqi poor --- after deducting the program administrative costs.)

The FRAUD and bribes that were sucked out of the program hurt the poor of Iraq --- not the US taxpayers.
