<G> (I think it's the news that's giving you a headache. All I did was point out what's been widely reported... and what I think is going on behind the scenes.) The requests for documents by both official audits that have been stonewalled, are pretty well known. (Bremer even went so far as to take all his contracting documents with him back to Washington --- and out of the hands of the Coallition Authority in Iraq --- so they would not be available to the audit request there.) I'm SURE France and Russia and the UN are equally --- if not better <G> --- at stonewalling and obfuscating.
