Nope: "next to no" was in my original post (also in Safire's article) and I've repeated it several times. Don't you feel SILLY when you are talking about a multi-billion dollar program to sell Iraqi oil (constructed to be largely 'self-financing') on the world oil markets ... and all you can point to is the pocket change of whatever tiny fraction of it's administrative costs might have been contributed by our fraction of the total UN administrative (non-earmarked) budget? Can you even POINT to that alleged cost? KNOWING that all the oil was just sold to the world's oil markets... and THAT'S where the dough came from?
