Speaking of money.....maybe you can answer this one for me....

If the blue state voters are smarter than those in the red states which re-elected Bush (as blue staters like to say)....how did Massachusetts, a blue state, with a large and well paid Democrat controlled legislature, get stuck with the Big Dig Boobdoggle?
