Yeah, but the point is you agree that China holds up the use of QCOM's technology so they can use their own standard. In that respect, China plays most unfairly. They don't let market dynamics work against Chinese companies, especially in critical technology areas like wireless standards. So that give Chinese companies an even bigger edge than they already have from a low cost, highly educated labor pool. China will continue to suck jobs out of the U.S. and supplant us in key technology areas. Very scary.
