I am currently User Level 11. If I upgrade to 30, and for some reason decide I'd like to go back to the old level, will that be possible? --Coz No. Unless waiting a year for the level 30 to expire back to level 11 would suffice. Really can't imagine any reason you'd want to go back. The features your $19.95 per year gets are really cool. Especially for the price. And that featureset will increase over time. I think we've pretty well established that I'm aggressive about adding new features and keeping the site speedy. Although after I've done a few more finishing touches and tweaks, it'll be time to go give iHub some love for a little bit. I think it's really bugging Matt that SI's search, which was a huge reason iHub got a large number of its users long ago, is now better than iHub's.
