As long as NO ONE has seen them and they are not discussed they remain level one personal notes. When it comes to terminations-- I have done many. Most went through the greiv process, some EEO, the NLRB was called in on a few and others MSPB. Few return IF everything is done properly-- miss one thing and everything goes to hell quickly.
