I glanced at the FDA review - bottom line is that the FDA reviewer threw out something like half the patients in the trial for various bureaucratic and other reasons, leaving as the remnants a pretty small trial. But the drug still seemed to work, even in the remaining subset, so it will be interesting to see what the Committee does.
