<I see Sprott has taken a position in TVC.>

Sometimes I think that I should just let Sprott take care of my money for me. It would make life a lot easier<:O)

Hi Dara:

Yes, Sprott stepping in to this PP is consolation and perhaps reason to hope for improved performance. There are drill results pending. Hard to imagine nothing is known since drills started 7 weeks ago. Since they are drilling a known deposit at first I guess visual core examination would be powerful in itself.

I have a call in to the company. CEO Damien Reynolds did not return my call last week and today he is on the road. I will be emailing him my questions/concerns. Meantime, I am trying to connect with Gary S.??(can't remember) their VP /IR guy. His curriculum vitae at least sounds good and seemingly beyond a mere co. shill. I am interested to hear why the feasibility study is late. How did they find themselves so flat footed regarding 43-101 compliant news releases?? Also, where are the drill results from Kreminca, since they started in Aug? Furthermore, why would you do a PP now when in April you had over $6 million in cash and pronounced ( see NR April 23 2004) that all your programs were now funded? Who needs the dilution? Insiders?

I am displeased and I WANT GOOD NEWS that is understandable as such, not obfuscation. I will report directly.

Cheers,
Ogi
