Box: "Toll" is the right word to use. On another topic, earlier this fall, I forecast a miserable Christmas selling season and said that we might even see evidence of this as early as US Thanksgiving. My reason for so thinking was light ordering (compared with the past) fall inventory orders by retailers, as well as the fact that the US consumer would have a lighter wallet (minus last year's "refi" and tax rebate dough).
