By your argument,any government of any country that invests money is stealing from the people,instead of just handing out the money at will as they get it. So...Arafat MAY have been hiding money for his own purpose,BUT...there is absolutely NO evidence that he ever HID money for his own purpose, or STOLE money for his own purpose. Did he invest money to further his cause? Absolutely. Try looking at it from business perspective. E'M'
