I went back to read the Sidney's post. He said, and I quote, "you are a fraud." IMO, Grainne, that is a personal attack. Now, I ask you, have I made similar personal attacks on this thread? Perhaps I have - I don't recall each and every post I have made. If so, my apologies. But, let me ask you, how is Sidney's attack on me, calling me a fraud, substantively different from Ben Wobbles' post to you, which stated "The simple fact is that you are a hysterical fool who made a statement with the goal of stirring the pot." For that Ben was banned (though I see you have unbanned him now). Sidney was clearly trying to stir the pot. I'm not calling for Sidney's banning here, but I do want to point out that your standards do not appear to be evenly applied. There are three bannees on this thread currently: Laz Long, Agustus Gloop and Jewel O the West, all posters with a conservative viewpoint. IMO Sidney's posts have been just as offensive as the posts that resulted in the bans of those people. So, Grainne, it is my studied opinion that you apply the rules inconsistently, depending on who is doing the name calling. Just my opinion, of course.
