Well if gold reaches $1000 in five years then that would make it about a double
i.e: 20% a year. Still, the junior miners would be able to exploit that really well. But if gold reaches 4 digits and has a 9 in front of the zeros then I think that would be just dandy! <g>

It was still a bullish article I think.

For a miner he sure knows nothing of gold fever, nor is he an economist.

Ralph, you must have confuse P. Lassonde with someone else while writing that post.

Pierre Lassonde is geologist and MBA (like me<gggg>), is the biggest and hottest goldbugger in the world. He wrote a book about gold and has created the largest gold company in the world.

But I agree, he is not a GATAist!
