No I haven't,but I recall an Armstrong fellow who was, and never heard any reports of men or lunar landers having a problem navigating around crumbs of cheese,no reports after thirty years or so that cheese was the building blocks ( excuse pun ) of the moon, and it glows kinda grey/white, instead of geenish/blue. So I think it is safe to state unequivocally , that the moon is NOT made of green cheese. If would like to argue that it is, please be my guest. And I reiterate : All governments invest money on behalf of the people.It is the government's decision on how, when and where the money is both invested and divested,and few will FULLY disclose! By your argument,any government of any country that invests money is stealing from the people,instead of just handing out the money at will as they get it. So...Arafat MAY have been hiding money for his own purpose,BUT...there is absolutely NO evidence that he ever HID money for his own purpose, or STOLE money for his own purpose. Did he invest money to further his cause? Absolutely. E’M’
