this resolution...may have been endorsed .. Yes, it certainly was. The resolution doesn't identify who will be the multinational force, true, in fact, it urges all governments to contribute to the force. Other nations could come in and relieve us if they had the will to do so.

not only is the war unlawful and illegal I don't think the war to remove was Saddam was either. And I'm sure the present war against the "insurgents" is both lawful and legal and is within the spirit of UNSC Res. 1546, which specifically condemns the "insurgent's" activities (see Article 17 of the Resolution).

as every day passes the US makes more innocent Iraqis into "insurgents" No, everyday more terrorists and criminals and Baathist thugs are killed. The vast majority of the Iraqi people are sitting by quietly, intimidated, wondering which side will win.

which by the way is not a bad thing to be whatsoever. Insurgents are HEROS. You may consider the kidnappers, torturers, and murderers of Margaret Hassan heroes. I don't.
