The CIA says that 'contacts' do not equal an 'operational relationship', and, in fact, that Saddam vetoed closer ties.

Whereas, the SAUDIS have given MILLIONS to al Qaeda... and the head of Pakistan's 'CIA' (the ISI) *wired $100,000 DIRECTLY to Mohammed Atta* IMMEDIATELY before the 9-11 attacks!

Then he went on to have lunch with Powell and Rummie, followed by lunch at the CIA --- where he was when the attacks happened.

Some 'ally'!
