Was this newsletter released yesterday after the close of the market?

IMO those who want to add to their positions in the market will be looking for a pull back to buy. So maybe a "buy the dip" type of market?

With world issues, the cost of oil (even though today it is down), and the FOMC upcoming meeting, it would seem that there are quite a few "issues" that might cause some worry in the market.
