So you have no examples of anyone who has been kicked off for disagreement, only of people whose manners you and Grainne assess differently? She's doing pretty well in a hard job, in that case.

You really should read the post I just send to Alan, because it deals with some of the issues you raise. I am being very honest, and I am very tired of all of this. I do appreciate your acknowledging that I CAN pick and choose, but indeed I am not doing that, am leaning over backwards trying to be fair, and am getting extremely tired of people like you accusing me of unfairness, unfairly.
