Material Change Report / Tier IV Portfolio

Purchased 2,500 Shares of Breaker Energy (WAV.A) @ $3.00/share
Total Investment $ 7,500.00

Cash Component Balance after transaction = $ 5,000.00

I believe this is a excellent opportunity that fits well within my newly created Tier IV Portfolio that now houses nine companies. I refer to this portfolio as my pis-squeak portfolio for all companies have market capitalizations below $100 million - most of them (like Breaker) are well below that limit.

Breaker has a public life of only 1-1/2 months and they have a great jump start related to their operations.

What has attracted my attention is the amount of shares outstanding which would be share price impacted with successful operations.

They just made an acquisition at very favorable terms. They have established a producing core area that is huge for a company of this size. Principal officers of the company held shares in the selling private company - so they are not in unknown territory with their land acquisition. In addition, they have negotiated large farm-in deals that hold promise.

Simply put, I like their situation.

All disclosure detail can be found in their news releases and their offering prospectus can be found at SEDAR.
